Summary: Our 4 women girlfriend travel group stayed here in December 2022 we are very familiar with the island as we have been here 8 times! Everything about this house is superb, the location close to Phillipsburg, Simpson Bay and Maho. The house is equipped with all the comforts of home the ultra modern decor, the comfortable couches, the comfortable bedding and linen, more than enough, towels and linen, tvs in every room,. The Nespresso machine and delicious coffee a plus, and the welcome gifts of snacks and bottles of wine , the pool and lounge chairs and Bluetooth patio sound system made it perfect to lounge by the pool getting our personal massages. I love everything About this house. Thank you Kate for being an exceptional host. We have stayed in 15 VRBO houses and your house was the Best. We can’t wait to return to stay again at your house. I stayed in the master suite and felt like I was at a luxurious spa. Thank you again
