Summary: Basic old school motel. New owner is trying to gradually upgrade. no frills but comfortable.

Summary: This budget motel is clean with a comfortable bed. Toiletries are limited. No coffee maker, but there is a microwave and small refrigerator. AC is a small window unit which did cool the room adequately. This is a very old motel but the staff is very friendly. For the price of the room, you will get what you pay for. There are no breakfast options in this small town, but a convenience store is nearby to get coffee and some typical items. We were staying here for a funeral so we had a quick stay.

Summary: This is a very nice place to stay at there in Coldwater. The owner is very friendly and the room was just fine and clean. Overall, I found myself to be quite pleased with the property and I recommend it!
