Positive: Everything about this property was perfect. The accommodations were amazing, the food was amazing, the staff was amazing. I could go on and on.

Negative: There wasn't anything I did not like about this property.

Negative: It feels a little neglected and understaffed. Hard to get a hold of someone also the food was very disappointing 😞

Positive: Wonderful breakfast and dinner. Both the food and the service were splendid. The location and the grounds, even the vintage elevator, along with Donna's conversation, were a pleasure.

Negative: The TV reception was hopeless.

Summary: With the minor exception of the TV, the whole experience was exceptional.

Negative: The front desk was not always there. There was no bell at the front desk so you could get anybody and do you had to find a front desk attendee to operate the elevator. It wouldn’t operate by itself. It’s an old-fashioned elevator so those were a few of the setbacks.
