Positive: We had a wonderful stay! It’s a beautiful hotel and a great choice for families looking for a relaxing holiday. A huge thank you to the Kids Club team — our kids absolutely loved it! We stayed in a spacious family room in the East Wing. Everything was well organized and the staff throughout the hotel were warm and welcoming. A special thank you to the room service team — anything we asked for arrived very quickly — and to Lana at the pool bar, who was always so friendly and made our time by the pool even more enjoyable. The only thing we would improve is the breakfast — a little more variety from day to day would be nice. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

Positive: The view was nice but the staff at the bottom restaurant were not so friendly. The guys with the golf carts were the nice staff and very helpful!
Negative: Some staff were very rude and the property is not wheelchair accessible even though it states it is.
Summary: Good view but not worth it

Positive: A pleasant hotel, with a wonderful view and incredibly helpful staff who strive to create an unforgettable vacation. We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The breakfasts were rich and delicious. We really enjoyed the fact that the dinners were not a buffet but a choice between 3 restaurants that served delicious food. It is important to note that the staff at breakfast and dinner were super helpful and courteous. The rooms were large, very comfortable and very clean.

Positive: The staff was very nice, and the hotel itself is beautiful and peaceful. The face that it wasn’t crowded made it even better.
Negative: Our room had a bit of noise coming in from reversing golf carts, and also from food carts going in and out of the kitchen. The hotel also has a big affection to cats apparently, and they are in every open space… personally we didn’t really appreciate them all around us while we are eating.
Summary: A very good, quiet and peaceful hotel. For the price we pay I expected just a bit more.
