Positive: Smoking room. Ently equipped and wonderfully ventilated with as many as 8 large ventilation holes on the ceiling. The rooms and bedding are clean and tidy. The spa facilities are also excellent. The food is very good, and the breakfast and accommodation are much much better than the neighboring Thermal Panzio "hotel". I can't even compare the dinner because Thermal Panzio doesn't offer it at all. The parking is excellent, wide, spacious and brightly lit.

Summary: There's no reason not to come back here again

Positive: The room was clean and large. The staff was nice and friendly. The pools were clean and of varying temperatures. The meals had a variety of food for all tastes and was delicious.

Positive: Everything was excellent, the food was tasty, the bed was very comfortable. What I particularly liked was the choice of 3 different pillows. Also, I read in the previous reviews that the staff don't speak English, this is not true, everyone we spoke to speaks perfect English.

Negative: I expected a heated connection to St Erszebet spa, but you have to go outdoors to get there. Also, we had kefir for breakfast only the first day, on the second day there was no kefir or yogurt ☹️
