Positive: Colonial House is located on the river with beautiful sunset views, and close to bars and restaurants. The rooms are clean and spacious. Leo, looked after all my transfer and activity booking needs. I had a great stay and will be back again

Negative: The rooms or at least the one I was in is not sound proof. With the traffic subsiding at midnight and resuming at 4 am, sleeping would be difficult unless you have ear plugs or sleeping pills or unless noise doesn't bother you at all . The blanket is thin like bedsheets and small and looks dirty. A white blanket would be better.

Positive: Wonderful location with views of the Mekong, including sunset views. Lovely spacious room , very tastefully decorated, great bathroom including big tub to soak in. Extremely helpful staff. Would happily recommend to others.
