Positive: Nearby a small village, located in the middle of olive trees on top of a little hill, the location is really pleasant and peaceful. there is a large green space to walk, enjoy the nature, observe the sunrise... 😍 the locals are always nice and trying to help. the property is selling olive oil in bottles and cans (up to 3L) and it tastes really good 👍 this should be advertised!

Negative: the description is wrong, misguiding and not mentioning all what you should be informed before deciding to book. Most of the below has been discussed with the owner, so hopefully the description will have been updated to reflect what is effectively there. - private pool: the pool is shared with the 3 apartments of the property - washing machine under room amenities: no washing machine at arrival, we were told to give the clothes and use the one in the owner's house! 2 days later after some discussion we got a dedicated washing machine in our apartment, but when you go on vacation somewhere for almost 3 weeks and this is the key amenity you want, it was very upsetting. You just don't want to have to deal with that once on vacation. - Soundproof walls: certainly not. There are 3 appartments next to each other. We can hear people talking and you can even smell there food... not nice when the smell is the strongest in the bedroom. - There are many cats on the property. Too many. And this "detail" is nowhere mention. No need to highlight hypoallergenic pillows in the description when there are soo many cats (we counted 8). - Extra long bed ( > 2 m): beds are regular in length, not over 2 m. Double is 160 cm width and singles are 110 cm each. - Coffee machine and coffee maker: again another wrong information... there is no coffee machine but 2 types or coffee maker: the famous italian moka and a french press. - communication: the owner only speaks Italian. there is a couple of russian speaking people who are working for the owner. they do speak English and helped. however when we ask to buy 3L of olive oil from the property, one told us it's on the house and when we settled the bill we were asked to pay for it! - bed sheets and towels: as we were staying for 3 weeks, we ask if we could wash them. We were told not to worry because replacement would be provided. But they never mentioned they would charged 55 euros per set!

Summary: a peaceful location too poorly managed: does not deserve its booking ranking!

Positive: Place is nice and we had a warm reception with nice team .

Negative: On first day shower was not hot and we had to call to maintenance ( Mr Alberto came immediately and solved problem on next day ) although the heating system was not working and never worked during our stay . We had to use more blankets as too cold at night . Some mosquitoes on room and nothing to kill them. Buy some aerosol . Missing a coffe machine and more comfort as price paid

Positive: We didn't include the breakfast option but the arrival Apéritif was a lovely gesture. The hosts were very calm and lovely, happy and welcoming, and they created a private and quiet stay for us. The pool area was just magic, and the designated space for each apartment guests was a nice arrangement. The BBQ beside the pool got great use. The apartment was superbly clean and we had everything we needed.

Negative: There was no signs to indicate the property entrance from the road, and the along the driveway... it was difficult to know if we were in the correct location. A sign with property name would be very useful. Perhaps having dish wash liquid, more than one toilet paper roll, and basic supplies like this would be beneficial. Thank you for a wonderful enjoyable stay. :)

Summary: Wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. I will not hesitate to stay here again.

Positive: Relaxed and informal. Lovely views and beautiful pool area. Alberto was a star! So kind and helpful ferrying 8 people to different wedding celebrations. It was so appreciated.

Negative: Welcome pack would have been appreciated as it’s such a remote location ie milk, bread, tea, butter, cheese, water. Would be nice to have provided shower gel and more than one toilet roll. Lots of cats and cat poo.

Summary: Great location but just a little bit remote; however wonderful hosts and very pretty location.
