We are very excited to open our 4th cottage in the historic district of Georgetown.
We are proud to offer top of the line bedding, linens, towels, and other amenities, including Eco-friendly toiletries.
We have a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs.
This comfortable 2 King Suite bedrooms, 2 bath cottage, that sleeps 8, is only 5 blocks from the historic Georgetown Square and 7 blocks from Southwestern University. About a 5-7 minute easy stroll.
We offer two King Suites each equipped with a king bed that has high end mattresses and linens. One of the suites also has a trundle bed with quality mattresses and high quality linens. Each suite has en suite bathrooms.
We also have, for your convenience, a washer and dryer in the garage area.
For your convenience we have a PacknPlay and toddler booster seat.
You have complete use of the entire house and yard. The backyard is fenced with a seating/eating and landscaping in the near future as the weather cooperates!
You have the option of convenient parking right in front of your cottage or directly behind the cottage in a two car garage that is very convenient for your stay. It is accessed through the small alleyway off of Ash Street. It is the second garage that you will see. There is a code to operate the garage which will be given to you before checkin.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. We had plenty of room, everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with essential items for cooking, and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we found ourselves in Georgetown.

Summary: Had all amenities for cooking - everything!! Also very quaint and cozy!! Nice patio with flowers etc. Great location for town activities. Pam left great ideas about restaurants etc. Our second stay - First time was a guest! Very clean with lots of books - comfortable bed! Will repeat!!

Summary: We rented this lovely cottage for a family wedding weekend. The location was perfect. We walked to all events. We walked to the square every day of our stay. the cottage was the perfect space for our group.

Summary: We flew in from Chicago and it was so nice to just punch in a code and walk into a cute and homey cottage and start our vacation. We were all excited when we saw how nicely decorated and appointed Hudson House is. It was much more comfortable than having separate hotel rooms and having to hear people getting off an elevator and talking in the hall. This cottage is quiet, peaceful and just really charming. Great location, nicely landscaped, and just overall clean and perfect for a family gathering. We loved staying here so much that we added an extra day! I would strongly recommend this option over our last stay in Georgetown at the Sheraton.
