Positive: The apartment was lovely- restored with such style and care, my partner and I were sorry we hadn’t stayed longer. Sergio was a kind and attentive host who paid great attention to detail in ensuring we had everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The country road leading to the house was not paved but very easily navigated even in a small rental car. All in all a great experience and we hope to return again soon!

Positive: Great kitchen facilities, coffee, sugar, salt, olive oil, vinegar provided. Big fridge and freezer for food storage. Dishwasher, oven and gas hob with whistling kettle. BBQ available outside on terrace. Lovely relaxing chill out room with TV and bean bags on the top floor. Beds comfortable with duvets if needed. Central heating was efficient and we always arrived back to a nice warm home. Toilet and bidet, and shower facilities all working well with good pressure. This building has been done up well and is well insulated and not musty smelling like some other old buildings we've stayed at. Really well decorated and taken care of. WiFi worked well. Host was friendly and had great English. We requested for catering on our last night and it was the best meal of our trip! Worth requesting for catering! Made with host's own farm produce, and so so delicious!

Negative: Previous storm caused a lot of gravel to be washed away from the road leading to property so we had to drive slowly up the slope, as there were quite a few dips, to and from the property, but I understand that the road will soon be redone :) so future visitors hopefully won't have this issue.

Positive: The kitchen had all the facilities to make any meal and feel at home, which is important for us! The bed was so comfortable and the area is so quiet meaning we had such good sleep. It felt like we could really switch off here. For us the location was great to get away from tourists, but Todi is only a small drive away if you want to visit it.

Positive: Perfectly rural setting in a small hamlet of buildings including a tiny 13 century church. The property overlooks distant views of Todi which is about 10 -15 minutes away. The prime reason for staying there was to babysit whilst our daughter and son in law attended a wedding in Todi. Plenty of space with air conditioned lounge area and well equipped bedrooms (2). The owner (Sergio) was charming and brought us freshly laid eggs, tomatoes and grapes from the vine. Car essential. Local pizzeria about 3Km away.

Negative: Nothing to dislike. The rough private track leading to the property is a five minute bumpy ride although there is a communal road which has been recently repaired after heavy rains. The private track needs to be repaired but the owner assured me that it will be done.
