Summary: This is a beautiful property with great character and an interesting history. We were very comfortable as well as charmed by this unique place.

Summary: So quiet and peaceful. The rooms are very spacious. Lovely views across the farm and it was beautiful sitting on bean bags out on the lawn with a drink. Great magazines plus a huge selection of books for reading and we were provided with an amazing gift basket of goodies. We have stayed at a lot of places over the years, none of them beat Coldstream Estate.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at the Coldstream property. Lovely and warm with two fires and heaters - very cosy!! A lovely box of goodies greeted us!! A very relaxing stay.

Summary: Amazing farm stay in a beautiful traditional property which had been lovingly restored and retained so many lovely features. We loved the open fire and wood burning stove which added to the experience. The location was perfect for our journey from Queenstown to Christchurch. The welcome basket full of local products for breakfast/snacks was a lovely surprise and a great touch - we particularly enjoyed the homemade cookies! Thank you for a lovely memorable stay. We would certainly return and recommend this stay!
