Negative: The check in process could be better, really hard to find all those Keyes in the dark during snow, especially when tired after 10-12 hrs of driving... sent a link which could not be opened, for me was frustrating...

Positive: Parking directly outside, good security, clean, everything you need for an overnight stay, convenient access to the motorway and very friendly host. There was even a spare toothbrush and toothpaste. The room apartment had coffee pods for the coffee machine, bottled water, uht milk, salt and pepper and sugar.

Negative: The room was very warm and there wasn’t a fan or air conditioning. The internal window to the bedroom didn’t have curtains or a blind so the light from the lounge area lit up the bedroom which meant that if someone got up in the night for a drink they had to be in the dark or wake up their partner. A very minor fault.

Summary: A lovely, clean, large apartment with everything needed for your stay.

Negative: It was a bit hot on the top floor and hard to get the temperature down or the light out. Furthermore, a pricing error caused some uncertainty.

Positive: Perfect place for a one-night stopover - right next to the highway, plenty of parking space, easy to get the keys, lots of information on arrival, very comfortable bed, spacious and nice bathroom. The fridge, the coffee machine with caps included, the dental set were extras I rarely seen outside of Asian hotels.

Negative: It was noisy both because of the roadworks and the thin walls between neighboring rooms. But it was quiet during the night. I missed a microwave oven to heat up my food, but I could do it in a pan.
