Positive: The owners greeted us with some Limburgese vlaai cake and tee on arrival, which was a nice surprise. There is enough space for two cars in the private parking. In whole, this is a very spacious and luxurious accommodation. Big master bedroom and plenty of room for others in the other bedroom. Nice garden and terrace for having drinks outside. Kitchen/dining room is also spacious and rather well equipped. Livingroom also very nice and spacious with a huge tv. You can easily accommodate a big family or an group of people, who don’t mind sharing the ’dormitory’ style second bedroom.
Negative: Some of the kitchenware was a bit dirty/not properly washed, e.g. spoons, forks, plates and glasses. Also some basic kitchen supplies should be available for guests.

Positive: The spacious farmhouse with a large kitchen was great for our family of 7. Ria and Peter were kind hosts. Ria met us with a homemade pie on our arrival. They also allowed for a late check out to accommodate our cave biking tour that ended at 11:30 giving us the chance to get a quick bite to eat at the house before we left. Ria is very knowledgeable about the area and a great resource. She was very responsive to all of my questions.
Negative: For our family of 7, having only 1 shower limited everyone getting ready. Also, while the house offers many beds, they are grouped into 2 bedrooms so privacy is also limited with large groups.
Summary: Nice stay for a large family
