Positive: Overnight stop from South of France to Calais. Accommodation very conveniently located just a few minutes from the motorway but in a lovely quiet hamlet surrounded by farmland. Particularly well planned, maintained and thought out accommodation with comfortable beds which, with the quiet location, made for a good night's rest. Beautiful gardens, prettily lit at night. Very good pizza takeaway/eat-in in the nearby village. Lovely breakfast too. Hosts couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Would love to return here for a longer stay to explore the wider area.

Negative: For our purposes on this trip, nothing. Only thing I can possibly think of for longer stays is that accommodation, if larger, would make those stays more practical, particularly in poor weather.

Positive: We were welcomed on arrival by Craig and Nicole. They were so friendly and helpful, a lovely couple. The accommodation was perfect for us and everywhere was very clean. Nicole was also great with communication beforehand even alerting us to potential storm warnings in the area which thankfully didn’t happen.

Summary: Absolutely loved it. Wish we had stayed longer and would definitely go back again.

Positive: Just love an overnight of luxury in a beautiful setting . We have stayed before and our hosts were fab the first time, the second time more so . We both love what they have done and what they are doing. So relaxing, welcoming and you immediately feel settled r,elaxed and the next morning totally refreshed. X
