Negative: Wasn’t as clean as expected. Also glass bottle of shower gel. Could be dangerous if dropped. More than 1 car is awkward as no local safe parking. Parked in NCP £15 per 24hrs

Positive: Location, spacious, had equipment such as iron etc, quiet, and a reasonable price.

Negative: The double bed was very uncomfortable, the springs were pushing through and could be felt. There were large cobwebs around the property. The windows were very dirty, and difficult to close. Coffee machine not working properly. Parking permit was not in apartment as should have been, we did email on arrival about this.

Summary: It severed a purpose for us and close to the centre, and to where we needed to be. Overall happy with the apartment

Positive: Flat was super warm, clean and cosy. Perfect for a weekend getaway, great location and view of the balcony.

Negative: - Not very efficient communication: we informed your staff about parking card not being in the apartment and for the next two days were called by staff asking where it is - looks like no communication in the office. - Flat was missing some basic things like salt, which would have made using the kitchen much more convenient.

Positive: Excellent location. Spectacular view! Great communication with the hosts. Plenty of space for 4 people, especially with 2 bathrooms.

Negative: The beds are not comfortable! New pillows and mattresses would go a long way. Would also be great to have some kitchen staples, like oil/butter, salt/pepper, etc.

Positive: Great location & view. WiFi & selection of TV channels good. Handy that there's a washing machine. Communication with the host company excellent.

Negative: Beds are terrible. Mattresses basically just springs, so impossible to get a decent night's sleep. Apartment smelled of cigarette smoke (perhaps not the host's fault, but there are no 'no smoking' signs). We couldn't get into the car park because the email with check-in details contained the wrong code. The parking permit was also not in the apartment when we arrived. Both issues were quickly resolved, but still annoying to have to deal with. Cleaning was pretty superficial: shelves of cupboards and inside of drawers were sticky/covered in dust, fluff etc. Kitchen minimally equipped: there was a pizza roller but no scissors or tea towel! No instructions about how to operate anything (e.g., central heating). The chest of drawers in twin room falls on you if you try to use it. Some of the windows don't close properly. Would we stay here again? No.
