Positive: This cottage was so cozy . We had a wonderful time we barbecued play games on the cute porch . Everything was clean inside and out .

Positive: very helpful staff, when i booked then in hurry i booked a single queen bed cottage and on realizing after reaching at property they helped me to upgrade it to 2 bed cottage. Location is great among mountains and near grocery store. Cottage is charming and very clean. Adequate kitchen utensils along with grill.

Negative: Unfortunately electricity went out around 9.30 pm and came back at 6 am in morning when temp were around 40-42 F in April end in rainy night. With 5 year old kid that was too uncomfortable to spent that light. Staff was helpful and they offered to shift to some other place but my daughter was already asleep and at that time ETA for electricity to come back was 2 AM though it came back at 6 AM. That electricity outage made our trip too unpleasant.

Summary: Electricity outage ruined stay in nice cozy cottage with super helpful staff

Positive: Great place to stay while visiting the West Coast and many parks. Cozy, private and comfortable. The shared garden is a very nice touch. The deer family visit was a lovely bonus.

Negative: The only thing missing in our room was a desk.

Positive: The cabin was excellent, although older than it appears in the photograph. Especially the bathroom was excellent, beds were comfortable. The porch is nice and protected from insects. Quite peaceful (although there is road noise outside). Close to local restaurants and supermarkets. Check in worked well with code on the door. WiFi was OK (if a little affected by fires we suspect sometimes).

Negative: The cooking facilities were a microwave and a barbecue that didn't work well, ran out of fuel and wasn't replaced. Becaue the staff are rarely on site, that isn't ideal.
