If you want lakefront entertainment and/or a great family retreat, this is the property for you! 8,400 total square feet with lake views from 5 of the bedrooms! Home will boast brand new elevator for the ease of accessing each level of this beautiful home. The mid-level family room/living room area features a bar, a billiards table and plenty of space to entertain. The lower level family room/dining room/kitchen area walks directly out to the back deck with access to the lawn and waterfront/private dock. The "annex"/apartment is a great setup for a family and/or adults to have privacy away from the main house. It features it's own full kitchen, laundry and bathroom. There are essentially 3 master bedrooms on the property which is ideal for multiple families. TVs throughout the property are smart-TV enabled so you can watch your favorite streaming apps. Wifi is available throughout the home with STARLINK and 140mbps of download speed. The large waterfront deck and master bedroom deck offer great views of Lake Coeur d'Alene which includes beautiful sunsets. Importantly, you have quick boat access to downtown Coeur d'Alene (~15 min), Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course (~10 min), Gozzer Ranch (~8 min) and Beauty Bay (~8 min) for great wakeboard/water skiing during calmer parts of the day. The home is ~45 mins from Silver Mountain Resort which has an indoor water park, downhill MTB/bike park in the summer months and family friendly skiing in the winter months. The larger Schweitzer Mountain Resort is ~1hr 45 min away. For the avid mountain bikers, you have ~15 min drive to trailheads that feed into the Mount Coeur d'Alene trail system. Summary: I had one complaint none of the plugs for the pool table is in the bedrooms worked the lights worked but the plugs didn’t I can charge my phones was weird it’s like only one or two plugs were working and all the rest were like either flipped off or something

Summary: We loved our time here at the lake! The house was incredible and fit our family perfectly with space to spare. The patio and lake access was unbeatable! The beds were comfortable and everything was well appointed. We had dinner reservations one night but chose to stay at the house because it was just the best view from the patio. We would love to stay there again!!

Summary: This home is very friendly for families and large parties. Access to the lake is great. It’s located on a calm section of the lake, just a short boat ride to multiple restaurants and downtown . All of our water accessories were delivered right to the property and picked up when we’re done with them. Being 4 stories high with an elevator it’s perfect for allowing family or friends to share as much time as desired with one another, and separation as needed. Excellent outdoor area on the lake side with lots of room to play on the grass, eat outside and sit around the fire ring.
