Summary: The room needs a little TLC, it had some minor issues, but it was clean, the bed was comfortable, had a great view right on the water's edge, and the property manager was friendly and super responsive. Not sure how the crowds are normally, but last week (May) there were only 2 or 3 other people at the hotel so it felt like I had my own little private resort, with a great chill beach bar immediately next door (i think I ate my weight in fresh ceviche and fried plantains). This is a dead-end area so there's no pass-through traffic or herds of tourists which is nice, yet it is still very convenient to the Maho area, Mullet Bay, and the marinas along Welfare Rd where a lot of the boat charters dock.

Summary: Property is right outside the beach. Right in the beach. Property needs upgrades and the room wasn’t clean when I arrived but staff is very helpful and cleaned up right away. I wouldn’t stay here again unless they upgraded my room also there were bugs in the room.

Summary: Excellent spot for an overnight stopover, is very convenient for the airport. Beach was deserted in the evening and upto 10.30 in the morning (the cruise ship tours arrived at 11.00). The bar next door wasn't serving food in the evening so we had to walk 15 minutes to Maho beach.

Summary: We had a nice stay. The soaps in the shower were watery and the toilet paper was single ply. It was clean and did the job for our one night stay.

Summary: I had a clear sight of the beach area my stay here was beautiful. The plains do cause a bit of noise during the day but at night, time you cannot hear it.

Summary: Great place clean big rooms, nice restaurant right on the beach, my only complaint is the room doesn’t have sound proof, is hard to sleep when you hear the planes landing.
