Positive: Lovely rooms with a good layout. Pretty grounds. Great staff, very friendly and accommodating

Positive: A colonial type accommodation. Lovely large bedroom and bathroom, beautifully appointed. Grounds also beautiful and well maintained with pools. Has useful bar and restaurant and 10-15 min walk to shops and centre of entertainment.

Negative: Big inflatable swans in the pool. A little tacky but children may like them.

Summary: A very convenient place, not far from the airport but close to the action of the strip and beach.

Positive: The size of the rooms is great. friendly staff.

Negative: Don't even try paying with a VISA card! I have two with me, and they don't work. At the ATM (less than 5 minutes later), both work without any problems.

Positive: Quiet, peaceful and secure accommodation in beautifully kept grounds with lovely gardens and trees which monkeys and birds frequented. Very spacious rooms and a generous breakfast. Welcoming very honest staff (we mislaid a valuable bag of duty free cosmetics which staff found and returned to us). The airport was a little expensive but, the pre- agreed price was maintained despite the flight being delayed 4 hours until a midnight landing.

Negative: Card payments are charged at 5%.

Positive: Very friendly staff. Beautiful gardens and well looked after.

Negative: Once opulent but now decadent place. Rooms outdated. Poor breakfast. In one of the nights the place was rented for a birthday party so it was very noisy until 2am.

Positive: Staff were lovely every one of them. I found bed very comfy slept really well during my stay. Cleaners came in everyday. Food at the hotel really good.

Negative: Was not quite 5 star as i know it. Sun loungers could do with a clean.
