Summary: Nothing unique. Managers very friendly. Rooms very clean. Comfortable bed. It is quite tired, but owner had recently passed away & brother is managing it at present.

Summary: I dont like leaving poor reviews, however when we arrive to stained duvets with no covers, i dont feel it is fair to other customers not to be honest. The positive is that checking on after hours was really easy and efficient, including parking. Going into the room, things started to deteriorate. The rooms are very basic and tired looking. Surely clean bedding is a minimum? The windows stop absolutely zero noise and there is a lot of it in the early hours. Some of the reviews must be faked as theg do not reflect the experience we had

Summary: Property not anything like pictures on Expedia site. We paid extra to use a room that was part of the apartment. The whole building vibrated when children ran past. Stairwells were unclean and partly rotten handrails. Folded linen laying around laundry in pot plant, that was assumed belonged in the rooms. Definately not worth what we paid.

Summary: Clean, basic and functional- great place as an overnight stop on our way to Lady Elliot. Beds are super comfortable and showers great as well. Convenient location not far from some nice restaurants and bars.

Summary: Nice easy check in and basic but clean. Not enough PowerPoints in obvious locations for charging devices but otherwise decent place to overnight.

Summary: Nice location, opposite the beach, lovely verandah. The room decor in room 5 is really tired, holes in the net curtains, broken blinds at the door, overused bed that sags in the midldle. The two wicker chairs in the queen bedroom smelled damp, and the cushions were stained, but also these sank when you sat in them. Consequently, we sat on the lovely verandah mostly. It was spotlessly clean, the bathroom and kitchen had most of what you wanted in self-catering, full fridge and dining table. So our stay was just about satisfactory - however we had great day trips to K'Gari and whale watching while in the area.

Summary: Surroundings were very tranquil. Close to many amenities. Close to beach. The parking bay we had was a bit hard to drive into as it was on the end where the driveway tapered in and you had the two posts on one side and two posts opposite side of the driveway to navigate to enter. Otherwise everything was great.
