Summary: We were able to check in early. Ocean view king suite was perfect. Ice machine and water were much appreciated. We kayaked, enjoyed the heated pool, and loved muffins delivered to our patio each morning. Sunsets were amazing. Don’t hesitate to stay here. We took an Uber to restaurants and bars and got Uber Eats one night. Easy!

Summary: Thank you for making my solo traveler trip so wonderful! The staff was kind and friendly, pointed me to some great local dinner spots (Lorelei and Captain Craig's), and encouraged me to make the drive down to Key West for a day trip. Loved my room, the grounds, and the morning delivery of breakfast treats to my private deck.

Summary: While a slightly dated facility, it was spotlessly clean with nice rooms. The beach at the back, where we watched dolphins just off of the dock, was a quiet paradise. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and even upgraded our room as they were not full. We would love to come back.

Summary: Let me begin by highlighting the positives of this charming hotel. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The staff at check-in was pleasant and allowed us to check in early, which was greatly appreciated. They offer free kayaks and bicycles for guests. The pool was nice, quiet, and clean. However, I had to take two stars for cleanliness, and it pains me to say this because this hotel had the potential to be amazing. I found several strings of hair under the covers of our bed. I tend to inspect hotel beds before jumping in, and I was both disappointed and disgusted. Not only that, but the shower drain also had hair and was slow to drain water, creating a puddle. The last thing I would like to point out is that they have L'Occitane bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and gel, but what is inside is not L'Occitane because it smells horrible. I didn't bring any of these issues to management because we were only staying for one night.

Summary: Have been staying in these Keys cottages from the past, Coco Palm is a gem, and it is out of the way, on the gulf with beautiful shady tropical hammock, gorgeous sun sets, kid friendly , beautiful beach with coco palms , heaven on earth... don't miss it!

Summary: Wonderful stay at Coconut Palm. We had a pool side room, the outdoor seating area was perfect for us. Bed was super comfy. Pool area was very well kept though would have been perfect if pool was a little cooler! We used the kayaks and paddle boards, and fishing equipment
