Positive: Perfect location for my partner's golf day with Galloway Golf Group KK. Hotel is next to the north exit of Numazu station which is the beginning of the Gotemba line. Many convenience store options on the doorstep with a large supermarket in the basement of the small shopping centre near the South exit of the station. Room itself was clean and comfortable, hotel staff were very friendly, with English speaking reception staff available. We were able to store our luggage for the day after checking out.

Negative: The toilet flush and the cistern refilling was very loud - this can't be helped of course, but it did feel like I risked waking up the neighbours when using the bathroom late at night.

Positive: Fantastic location! Located just outside Numazu Station's North Exit, and near multiple shops, restaurants and convenience stores. The staff is committed to making guests' stay an amazing experience. Front Desk staff were really nice - we checked in at 10 PM and they still welcomed us with a smile. They always greeted us as we went out for the day, and when we returned for the evening. Housekeeping was equally amazing - clean rooms, fresh towels every day, and the attention to detail is a very nice touch. We could tell they take pride in their work, and felt truly taken care of. The Twin Room didn't have the biggest living space, but the larger-than-average bathroom was a big perk of this room. There was a separate area to shower outside the tub, similar to what you'd find in a lot of Japanese homes. Having stayed at plenty of places with shower/tub combos, a separate shower and tub was truly welcome.

Negative: The Twin Room does not have a lot of storage space. We had two large-size suitcases and couldn't find a place to store them away.

Positive: The room is small but it has everything you need to feel warm and comfortable, big modern TV, Kettle, nice toiletries, modern shower with 3 different levels, nice view, comfortable bed, modern, nice staff, good location (a lot of restaurants around and the station is just next to it) and clean.

Negative: the sleepwear was a bit worn out and scratchy.

Summary: Nice, comfortable and clean. Totally recommend.
