Summary: Incredible family run place with a lot of charm. Everything is thought through and the rooms very well equipped. Right by the beach and very accessible. I found it a bonus as well as it was very close to the trail that leads up to Boggy Peak (aka Mount Obama) and one can do hike up to the summit and back within 3 or 4 hours. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything has been perfect for my stay here.

Summary: A fantastic guesthouse. In a beautiful, quiet location. The room was really spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Rose the host was lovely and knew all the places to visit and organised taxi drivers etc. Nothing was too much trouble. I travelled on my own and it felt safe.

Summary: My wife and I stayed at Coco Rose Guest house for a week in January. We rented a car and the drive from the airport in St Johns was easy to do. The house is on a quiet street that abuts the ocean. The beach is not the best to swim at but it is wonderful to explore. We had an ocean view balcony that was wonderful. The room was large and spotlessly clean. The whole property is immaculate and surrounded by beautiful gardens and grounds. Rose and the maid Nicole were both kind, gracious and responsive to our every need. There are 6 of the best beaches on the island within about a 3 mile drive. This is the most peaceful and quiet place we have ever stayed at. Cooking was a bit challenging with just a 2 burner cook plate, but we managed just fine. If you are looking for simple, quiet, clean, restful and peaceful this is a perfect piece of paradise. We will most definitely be back!

Summary: Miss Rose is one of the nicest folks around. She made me feel so safe and welcomed in her guesthouse. It is a family run business and she is also related to or went to school with most of the people in the surrounding town. The guesthouse is also a combination of her and her husbands name which I think is so beautiful. The space was clean and i loved going to the beach everyday. She has a small secluded beach across from the gueshouse that was mostly empty every time i went. It was a very peaceful and tranquil stay and i will definitely be coming back next year. Thanks again for a wonderful time Miss Rose you gave me an experience of a life time. See you soon✨️

Summary: Kind host. Poor air conditioning and loud fans for light sleepers. A lot of mosquito bites. Low water pressure. Power cuts frequently. Taxi prices outrageous.

Summary: Rose was very attentive and respectful woman. Her place is a home way from home. The reef beach a steps away from Coco Rose is a very relaxing and peace area. If you want to stay away from the commercial hotels, please stay at Coco Rose, will not regret you decision. Thank you Rose for your hard work to keep a safe, quiet snd clean place to stay at.
