Negative: We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and supportive throughout our stay. After completing our documentation, they assisted us by carrying our luggage to the room, which we truly appreciated. Whenever we needed anything, the staff were always polite and quick to help. They even offered us a complimentary dinner for one night, which was a very kind gesture. Another thing that stood out was how they helped us book Uber rides when needed, and whenever we returned late at night, they would wait to open the gate for us without any hesitation. Their warm attitude and genuine hospitality made our stay extremely comfortable. Overall, the service was excellent, and the staff really made us feel welcome. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and friendly hotel experience.
