Positive: Really big rooms and friendly staff. The pool area was lovely … never too busy.

Negative: The location is a little remote - the map shows a path into the nearest main area but this is blocked off so you have to walk to the main road and round … takes about 40 mins. Also, our air con leaked horrifically twice, and we weren’t able to change rooms as they were fully booked.

Summary: Lovely hotel, very quiet. Good value for money but be prepared to travel around

Positive: It was very peaceful sat outside the bungalow, nice pool and grounds with plenty of palm trees.

Negative: The hotel is to far away from anywhere to walk so a moped is essential which the hotel does provide if you want it. The breakfast was very poor it just completely lacks any ambiance, the tables are bare, no cloth, no condiments just nothing, you choose from a very limited menu and we didn’t bother going back after the first morning even though it was included. The hotel could be so much nicer it someone thought about it.

Positive: Super friendly and helpful staff, funny security guards. Free bicycles to go to the beach and the City Center. Scooter rental at the resort. A really calm, quiet and beautiful coconut garden with an almost private beach front. Super comfortable big rooms with everything you need. Nice breakfast soups and good Vietnamese coffee for breakfast. You'll find some snakes around 🖤

Negative: We just missed chairs in front of the rooms or a hammock. And mostly important don't let your shoes outside the rooms, their are dogs or other animals with weird fetish. So a shoe can be lost or just scruffy if you ll get it back. The Resort is really far from the city center or anything else and you definitely need a scooter or some sweat.

Positive: The hotel is beautiful, great bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool is very big and nice. The receptionist’s were amazing, very kind and helpful, specially Thu Ngân was so lovely, kind and patient with all of our needs. She was always looking for a way to help us and makes us feel comfortable and happy at the hotel and in Phu Quoc island. We had a great and relaxing time!
