Positive: We enjoyed our stay here! The staff was excellent and super helpful (shoutout to Reiner). The rooms were also very spacious and clean. The pools and hot tub were well maintained and very nice after a long day exploring the rest of the island.

Negative: Not a huge deal, but the resort is a 20 minute golf cart drive from the main town so just keep that in mind while booking!

Negative: The “beach” wasn’t swimable at all due to the sargassum swamp - which made the entire property smell intensely. This is not the resort’s fault. However, if you’re coming for a beach front vacation this is not the place. At least not in July.

Negative: The couch and chair in our Casita were very uncomfortable and worn out and need to replaced. No thin pillows for the bed only over stuffed king pillows.
