Summary: This property is exactly as advertised. It was clean, spacious and well decorated. Loved the screened in porch and large parking area for both our boats. Host was quick to respond to a question we had and was very polite and easy to talk with. Would recommend this property. Thank you Josh and we will rent again in the future.

Summary: Excellent VRBO location to fish Cumberland or recreate on Cumberland for that matter. Outside screened area had a Blackstone grill as well and plenty of space for a small group to enjoy. Well equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Plenty of parking and would easily accommodate a boat trailer as well. Great place and host.

Summary: The property was great! 6 of us and 5 boats were able to park along have plenty of comfort sitting around in the evenings watching tv or eating dinner together. The outdoor screened in porch was wonderful for cooking out and relaxing.
