Positive: The house is centrally located, it's very clean and, most importantly as I was visiting in winter, warm. The room had comfortable bed and a Lange bathroom. The host was extremely nice and accommodating, he even brought me fresh pastry that his wife had just made. The included breakfast was another bonus. All in all a perfect stay.

Positive: Very tasteful room and apartment. All was clean and perfect. Very friendly owner who took himself a lot of time to explain us all about how to use room and kitchen. For breakfast there were various italian style option in the kitchen.

Negative: Parking not easy and streets are very steep.
