Positive: Great disability suite.. I thought it was a great deal on such a large 3 room suite that was fully stocked with dishes and cookware . It was a fully functional kitchen..

Negative: The overhead ventilation fan above range was not working. So when cooking some chicken, it caused smoke detector to go off.. and kitchen light was also on the fritz. Just needs to be replaced ..
