Summary: The hotel is not in as nice shape as it was when we stayed there a few years ago. In particular, the fabric on many of the breakfast room chairs was stained. And the breakfast was grim: cold omelettes with congealed salsa. Staff members were pleasant.

Summary: Facility is very nice and well maintained. Customer service is another matter. Breakfast was okay, but ran out of milk, not attentive to other supplies—had to keep asking for things. Hard to find anyone to help at front desk. That was the disappointing part of the stay.

Summary: We had a suite with a kitchen and there was still food on the stove top, dirt on floors and dead boxelder bugs everywhere.
