Positive: The afternoon staff was very pleasant. Nice lounge is available. Breakfast area has an additional sitting area. The room was very comfortable. Great Mexican restaurant nearby

Positive: It was where we needed to be - Harvey. Return trip to home state after 60 years. Few options in the area for hotels and restaurants.

Negative: We could smell dog (a wet one) in the room. The windows do not open. The bed linens were made messily and did not match. Carpet was very dirty. One night - we dealt with it.

Positive: Location was close to friends we were visiting.

Negative: They ran out of bagels, eggs and or sausage by 8:30 and didn’t offer to make more even though breakfast was advertised as 7-10 am. The bed was lumpy and not very comfortable. The carpet and walls weren’t very clean and the carpet had a tattered seam right as you walked in making it the first thing you noticed.

Positive: Breakfast was convienent.

Negative: Even though this was rare event. Storm warning with possible tornado in area and there was no specific plan or advice of close shelters by staff when asked prior to emergency. Staff seemed more concerned about there cars, staff needs, and personal family at home than their customers safety and well being when warning of tornado came across tv for Harvey ND. Luckily all patrons were safe this time.

Positive: Comfortable bed. Good location for visiting relatives in smaller towns around the area.

Negative: Employees smoking and using their cell phones in the canopy area by the door. Room was arcross the men’s bathroom on 1st floor. Could hear folks in the lounge.
