Summary: So pleasant. We received a complimentary, delicious raspberry tiramisu dessert as we were celebrating our 54th wedding anniversary. The front desk called immediately as we found our room and made sure we were comfortable and had no issues! We would stay here again.

Summary: Breakfast was a horrible experience! Several food items were empty, food was cold, waffle machine was plugged up. asked for help 3 times. A very rude staff member finally came in 15 mins later and shook it, was extremely rude, then walked away without unplugging it. 8 people waited so long but left with little or no breakfast. the delay made us late for our appointment which was infuriating!

Summary: The layout is very closed off and not well labeled making it difficult to find common areas. Staff is rarely at the front desk. One staff member was hovering over my sister at breakfast seemingly trying to assess her entitlement to the free breakfast. Continental breakfast was extremely disappointing.
