Summary: We’ve had good experiences in the past, but this one was just lacking on every aspect. My showers were warm, but my husband’s were not. Breakfast was good the first two days, but by Sunday they were out of milk, waffle mix, pastries and cream for the coffee. The carpet baseboard was coming off the wall. The floor length mirror was off the wall and setting on the floor. The work ethic of some of the employees was nonexistent. When we asked about the milk, for example, the person said they went through two gallons and were out. How about take some initiative, solve the problem, and run across the street to Walmart and buy a gallon or two and put into the cooler? Workers didn’t seem to be in a hurry to help the patrons at the front desk, in the lounge or to restock breakfast. We were both disappointed. We stay in Devils Lake pretty frequently, but won’t be staying at the Cobblestone again any time soon.

Summary: Check in staff is not as friendly to other race. Checked in and no welcome or instructions given regarding hotel accommodation/breakfast service. Didnt even say much other then fill this out and here you go. Kitchen staff (elderly lady) gave other hotel guest looks and even made a facial expression regarding what they had on their plate and also asked “what are you doing?” But hotel guess didnt know she was talking to her.

Summary: When we checked in we were informed there was no hot water. We elected to stay anyway. The night clerk Brooke did offer us a refund but we chose to stay. Bed was comfortable. Room was good! Next am went down for breakfast— the guy who was supposed to be doing breakfast had disappeared, there was no hot food, out of coffee after I got 1/2 cup and clotted icky cream. Disgusting! We talked to the front desk and she just shrugged! Very disappointed!!! Would NOT stay here again!!

Summary: Hot tub under repair, tv with no internet, shower head leaking up!housekeepers kept knocking even when I left instruction at front desk that we needed to sleep in daytime-we work overnights. Manager never called me in the 3 days I stayed here after leaving multiple messages.
