Summary: Could be fresher better food . Not very appetizing . No meat 2nd morning and powdered dry eggs . Our door cards wouldn’t work several times . Get up to our room and couldn’t get it to go .Several times for both of us . The lounge closed at 1000pm New Year’s Eve night . We were there for 2 nights in motel with 2 other couples this was very unhandy with a night to be together . Then we check in 1st day no tv and told won’t be on till Friday and we arrived Tuesday . Wasn’t the best stay this time ! Lots of things that could have been avoided and fixed !

Summary: Had a good nights sleep. The staff allowed us to utilize a room for a potluck dinner after a funeral. That was very nice of them.

Summary: Everything was good except the room price was higher than quoted by hotels.com. The staff said since the price was provided by a third party provider they did not have to honor the lower price.

Summary: There was no staff at the front desk when we arrived. We waited 10 minutes until someone came from a back room. A room was not ready for us until 45 minutes past the 3:00 check-in time. Rooms are average and serve the purpose for a simple overnight stay. Breakfast is decent with a nice variety.

Summary: It is a great hotel and the staff and people of devils lake are so friendly that I decided to called it angel’s lake instead. You will not regret visiting or staying at this hotel. My work mate and I were very pleased. Overall, the people of devils lake are kind, friendly and welcoming. I recommend this hotel and or the city.
