Summary: The room was clean, and we used the laundry facilities. Definitely the best hotel in Cullman. The only negative was that you had to request housekeeping, and the day we requested it they didn't clean the room. I don't know who dropped the ball on their end. We got back late that day so it was too late for them to clean it.

Summary: It was very nice. Super clean. The only thing I would change is the AC. There isn't an option for it to run low all night so the air would get stale. I would stay there again!!

Summary: The only issue I had at this hotel was I asked the house keeper to clean my room and when I returned it was not clean. I reported to front desk and they said they would take care of it the following day, which I don’t believe it was take care of. But I would recommend because of cleanliness of the particular hotel and it was newly built.

Summary: They initially gave us the incorrect room, which had several spiders on the wall when we walked in. After our room switch, the room we were assigned to had a very musty smell and you could see visible signs of past water damage that had been repaired (ultimately, I don’t think the carpets had been cleaned after whatever had occurred in there). When we were waking up in the morning, we had the DND sign on the door, someone knocked twice on the door and attempted to enter the room - they had key card access and the only thing that stopped them was the door stopper at the top of the door. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk, they said that this occurred before housekeeping staff arrive given the time we had given them for this occurring. The front desk also said someone had come to the front desk saying they were checking out of the room we were staying in, which was odd because it was just the two of us. Ultimately, they didn’t have an answer for what had occurred, but it’s either a training issue with staff or a more severe issue with someone duplicating cards to enter people’s room. It’s unfortunate because this was a repeat stay for us as we enjoyed the first visit, but this most recent experience was very poor overall.

Summary: The pool was closed for maintenance and no one knew when it could be used. I stay here every year and have had WONDERFUL times, but this stay was not so much. The TV was a SMART TV, but was not connected to the internet. They did provide cable, but could cast anything because there was no internet.
