Negative: When we first got in, the bed wasn’t made in one of our rooms. Not a huge deal, asked if they could get the sheets switched and the staff was nice about it. Tv is extremely difficult to work, a long with the air in the rooms. Elevator takes an extremely long time which made it had with a toddler on the 4th floor.

Positive: The room was very comfortable and clean. Loved having the premium coffee in the room. Staff was helpful.

Negative: Breakfast was ok. Not a lot of guests & we came down a little later. Food was a little dry. Decaf coffee was old. Had to wait to check out. Very minimal staff around.

Positive: Location,staff, are excellent. The facilities were great except that my FIRST room door didn't latch consistently. Therefore I had to move to a different room after I had unpacked. This was very disappointing and I mentioned some form of renumeration for having to repack and move to another room. This never happened? WHY? I would like an explanation.
