Summary: Hotel was nice overall. But if the staff is not hospitable it makes the whole stay unpleasant. Night desk personal was anything but welcoming. But I guess if i was awaken while i was at work I would be grouchy also!! Was not aware that tv was an upgrade for a hotel room. Was informed that if we wanted "better" tv channels we could come down stairs abd watch in the lobby or we could pay extra for them in our rooms!! We will not be returning!!!

Summary: Some problems with reservation on arrival: staff handled it very well. Manager even came to hotel (she was @ home) to make sure the room was perfect. Main reason I booked this hotel were the glowing reviews - I can now confirm that staff, service etc are way above what I usual encounter on my road trips. I will be back for sure when in the area.

Summary: There's not even enough words I can say, every lady and gentleman I've met her at this hotel Erica, crystal, Lily , Jayme the maintmexe guy I think Carlos, absolutely treated like family here in every aspect that is beyond customer service excellence!!!

Summary: Erica at front desk is amazing !! She was very sweet to our situation, the breakfast is beyond expectations!! The rooms are clean spacious, amenities are great!! Small town feel people make you feel welcome! For our first stop to be our future possible home we're loving it!!!

Summary: For the price, it's a great option. It's clean, cool (hot 100 degree summer), breakfast is not bad, they have 2 waffle makers. The beds are comfortable, room seemed pretty clean, shower was good.

Summary: We stayed for 1 night once we checked out go back to our town. They charged another transaction on my credit card for another night. I called the hotel and they say they don't see the charge but yet my credit card statement shows it. I'm now disputing the charge with chase my credit card.
