Positive: Lovely apartment, felt safe as a lone female traveller. Well equiped kitchen with everything you could need. Nicely decorated to feel homely. The washing machine is a great addition for if you are having a longer stay.

Negative: Unfortunately there was no storage for clothes, so I was living out of my suitcase for 3 weeks. The only other thing that could be improved is the addition of a clothes horse/airer to dry items that cannot be tumble dried.

Positive: Finish of the apartment was pleasant. Aside from missing pictures (broken pictures left down side of sofa), decor was appealing. Good shower. Layout suited. Free parking. Supportive staff available over the phone.

Negative: No linen or towel for booked and paid for third guest using sofa bed. Did not receive access info, despite checking in in advance. Limited option to delay check out time.

Positive: We arrived earlier than the agreed check in time but the host allowed us early entry after a quick email. Collection of keys was very straightforward, all instructions were included in the welcome email. My husband locked the key in the flat and this was sorted out within a few hours without any fuss, we really appreciated it! The flat was a good size for a family of 4 and immaculate! Very happy and would definitely book this accommodation again. Thank you

Negative: The view from our room was of a Kwik fit but that couldn't be helped and didn't impact on us at all.

Summary: Lovely, clean apartment in a good location. No complaints!

Negative: 1. We arrived on May 1, 2024 at 7 pm. The lockbox for the apt. 42 was stuck and we were not able to open it even with the help of the customer service agent on the phone. Only around 9:30 pm after waiting for 2.5 hours we were able to get into the apartment with the help of a person from the cleaning team. She opened the door for us using an emergency key. 2. The heating batteries were not working in both bedrooms. Only on May 3 in the monring a technician came and fixed the heating batteries.

Summary: In general the stay was good (except for two things I have mentioned).

Positive: Place was spotless, felt safe and secure (speaking as a female solo guest), kitchen was well equipped, apartment had washing machine, microwave etc etc. Apartment was close to shops, restaurants etc. and the area has a good transport system if you wanted to travel further, eg Bristol.

Negative: The wifi password I had been emailed had a typo so didn't work - luckily there was a sticker in the kitchen with the correct code. Entrance area into the apartment downstairs was a bit dirty but that was clearly out of the control of Guestz If you were staying for a longer period than I was, apartment might be a bit short of storage space for clothes etc.

Summary: Comfortable, clean and well equipped - would recommend.
