Positive: The patio was the highlight, with bamboo and palm surrounding it. Birds and ducks were daily visitors. It was a delightful place for breakfast and dinner.

Negative: Neighbors were nice but noisy. Community was pleasant but not what we envisioned.

Summary: A nice little place with peaceful patio. Community is safe and fairly close ride to the beach.

Positive: Shannon was very communicative. It was easy to go to and from and the parking was right out front. We liked that the townhouse was 2 stories and had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There were beach towels available, hangers for clothes, a full length mirror, fridge… all helpful things to have when staying somewhere! It’s also in a nice little development where you can walk around and there are fun birds to see.

Negative: We were happy with our stay! The bed was firm for us and Shannon quickly fixed this by dropping off a mattress pad, which we so appreciated. It means a lot to have someone willing to help make your stay comfortable. Be aware that like many parts of FL with nearby water, there were mosquitos so bring bug spray!
