Summary: We (myself, wife and two teen kids) like to spend a quiet week at the beach every summer but also like the option of cultural activities and plain old tourism. This property, a handsome modern beach house with impeccable interior design and all necessary amenities, located in a (to us) unfamiliar and incredibly picturesque area of Rhode Island that also happens to be a few minutes walk from a gorgeous and uncrowded beach, was ideal. We had a very pleasant week relaxing at the beach, eating in local seafood restaurants and visiting nearby Newport and Providence. Highly recommended!

Summary: This house has been beautifully decorated with high ceilings in the living room and a gourmet kitchen with a large island. The lower level can be used for foozball games, TV watching, or as a fourth bedroom with it's own bathroom. There are two decks for relaxing outdoors. The view is amazing! The management company was great! The house was extremely clean. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for walking or biking to a nearby farm stand or the beach.

Summary: This house is beautiful, and thoughtfully appointed. The kitchen is well stocked. There’s central air and fans. You can see the ocean from the open floor plan main room, and from the front deck. You can walk or bike to Goosewing Beach, the house has beach chairs you can borrow, and you can swim and come back to the outdoor shower, it feels amazing. There’s a basement room with foosball and a TV and pullout couch which is where our teens mostly hung out (both 17). If you love nature and swimming in the ocean and birds, along with a somewhat luxe house to stay in, you’ll be happy here. Thank you for a great week!
