This well appointed beachside cottage offers a relaxing getaway experience for families and small groups. Centrally located on the border of Rye and Blairgowrie and situated in-between the front and back beaches, this property offers easy access to both bay and ocean beaches and local shops. Ideal for one or two families or couples looking to get away from the hustle and bustle.

Inside, there is a spacious and comfortable dedicated living area, and a second open plan living area that has a second TV and seating, dining and a large kitchen area. The back deck is off this room and the doors to the deck fold back to extend this space even more - perfect for the warmer weather. The property has a split system aircon, ceiling fans in 2 of the bedrooms and ducted heating throughout. Even in the depths of winter, you'll be warm and cosy! With a real homely feel to it, this is a very comfortable place to stay; so comfortable that you may never want to leave!

There are 3 bedrooms and the property sleeps up to 9 guests. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and ceiling fan, bedroom 2 has a double bed and ceiling fan and bedroom 3 has a set of bunks and a tri-bunk (double on the bottom and single on the top). There is a family bathroom, a second separate toilet room and, a second shower and basin.

There is parking for 2 cars on the driveway.

Please note, doonas and pillows are provided for all beds, but linen and towels are not included in the price. We can provide a hire service for anyone not wanting to bring their own.

Summary: Very spacious and lots of different living areas and outdoor to hang out. Only 20 min walk to front beach. Good location to Blairgowrie shops. Two bathrooms was really useful and kitchen has everything you need. Enjoyable stay.

Summary: Great family house with good living rooms and bedrooms separate up one end. Well kitted our house with lots of kitchen ware etc. Location is on a busy road so there is noise from traffic. The deck and backyard is not private from the neighbours and the backyard is really only a courtyard.
