The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood in Mission Bay in West Boca Raton. It's a residential area but very close to many shops and restaurants. (Publix, Fresh Market, Starbucks, Blaze Pizza, Best Buy, Home Depot, Bed Bath and Beyond, Panera Bread, LA Fitness, Pure Barre, Padrinos Cuban restaurant, IHOP, McDonalds, Regal Shadowood Movie Theater (and many more) are all in the in the intersection. Lots of lakes and shaded areas for a nice walk about the neighborhood. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises over the lakes. Close to Osprey Golf Course (no membership required) and South County Park.
Guests have access to the entire apartment and access to the heated community saltwater pool.

Our apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by serene lakes, providing you with a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. However, we're also in walking distance of the Evert Tennis Academy and Boca Prep International School, making it an ideal location for families visiting the area.
Located on the perfect intersection of 441 and Glades Road, you'll have plenty of shops and restaurants nearby to choose from. For golf enthusiasts, the Osprey Point Golf Course, one of the top public golf courses in Florida, is just 6 minutes away. And if you're a nature lover, there are tons of parks in the area to explore.
The heated saltwater community pool is located in the center of the apartment complex, allowing easy access for our guests. You'll be able to enjoy a refreshing swim or just soak up some sun with ease
There is free parking in the complex. The spaces are not assigned, it is on a first come, first serve basis . You have access to 1-2 parking spots per apartment.
If you need any baby equipment (high chair, pack & play) please let us know and we can have those setup for you.
Bugs & Critters: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however, if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed and do not leave food out that tends to attract them.

Summary: This property is perfect for anyone coming to the area for a tennis related trip. All appliances work, the kitchen is stocked well enough, there is plenty of space for 5 or even 6 people and the area is quiet. The villa is a very quick walk to Evertt and a Short drive to Macii, and numerous stores and restaurants are within a five minute drive. Management was incredibly easy to communicate with and check in/check out was super simple.

Summary: The apartment was very convenient for a week at Evert Academy. There is a pathway from this apartment complex to Evert so our kids were able to come back to the apartment after lunch to take a quick shower daily. We had five people in the apartment (family of four plus a mother in-law) and the layout worked well. Notably the onsite property manager came by promptly to help with any handyman type issues. The property was quiet and we enjoyed our stay. One area of improvement going forward was floor cleanliness (during our stay we walked around without shoes and the bottoms of our socks turned dark). Overall this is a nice unit and we would stay here again the next time we visit Evert Academy.

Summary: Everyone from the reservation to the support were kind and helpful. The location is amazing, near to everything. The housing is beautiful. well appointed, and decorated luxuriously. The cleanliness is top notch both inside and outside. The pool offered warm water and friendly people. We will definitely share this with friends and will book again.
