A cute beach cottage front, the surprise as you walk through is the wonderful open plan living to the north. This light spacious family room with high ceilings has a modern kitchen with electric cooking and dishwasher, a split system and cosy wood fire heater. There are two queen sized bedrooms with ceiling fans and heating , and two modern bathrooms, one with laundry.
Large double sliding doors open to north facing garden with covered entertaining area and BBQ. The garden studio/ 3rd bedroom is perfect as a teenager retreat, separate to the house, access via the garden. Only 15-minute walk to the beach/ good coffee / the tavern. Relax and unwind no matter the season. BYO LINEN (2 Queen Beds, 2 Single Beds) TOWELS and BEACH TOWELS.

Summary: We had a fabulous week at this house. Spacious and well appointed. All the facilities and amenities needed for a relaxing holiday. Easy walk to the beach, tavern and coffee shop. Lovely covered outdoor area and BBQ. Very pretty garden. Felt very welcome and well looked after. We have stayed at many houses at the Cape and this was one of the best. Highly recommended. Summary: We loved staying at Deirdre’s cottage. Everything was gorgeous, with a great kitchen with everything you need. Location is clearly explained in the details, and a really easy 15min walk to the shops and beach. A beautiful and relaxing stay.
