Summary: I believe they try but overall the condition of the hotel is rundown, our bed was horrible. Terrible sleep. Breakfast starts at 7am, we were there at 7:20. Coffee as empty, eggs were cold and the hash browns must have been from the day before, couldn’t cut them with a knife and fork. No muffins or danish, the bread was frozen in the bag. The pool and hot tub were very nice.
