Summary: Staff is incredibly friendly and amazing. We brought our dog along, and they provided us with bowls and a little treat which my dog lived. The sauna is great as well. The only negatives were that our room didn’t come with provided bathrobes, and we would have had to pay an extra $15 to use some, which made going to the hot tub and sauna not ideal. One of the two beds had a giant dip in it, but when it was flagged to staff upon checkout, they seemed genuinely concerned and would have someone look into!

Summary: We absolutely loved this hotel. You're convenient enough for a short 4min drive into town but up in the hills with gorgeous scenery. The rooms are wonderful, hotel is clean and quiet, the hot tub area in the basement was great, and there's a local brewery a 2min walk away. We will come back here for sure for a relaxing getaway.

Summary: This is my favorite hotel at Revelstoke. I stayed here every time I was in town. The hotel is quiet and comfortable. And the front desk is always friendly and helpful.

Summary: Nice area and peaceful. Only negative would be lunch options/times open. Also a little too strong a scent in the room. Service was great and food really good. Spacious room. Will stay again!

Summary: The hotel is surrounded by forest and mountains. It’s accessible to both Revelstoke national park and Glacier national park and ski areas. About 5 min drive to Revelstoke town centre. Highly recommended for outdoor person/ families who travels with pets. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. Delicious food. The hotel also has spa and sauna. It’s good value as a pet friendly hotel. It’s our best stay during this road trip. Our cats are also happy with their stay. We really appreciate the staff who made our stay like home.

Summary: Front house staff in morning was very understanding , I couldn’t use the jacuzzi bath in the suite because of bubble gum like item in the filter , chairs were both needing cleaning of built up food and debris , very loud room hearing air vent from another location banging with breeze .
