Positive: The hotel staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was comfortable, lobby and hallways were wide with plenty of room. We got an upgrade upon arrival. The restaurant and lounge area was well laid out with multiple fireplaces lit for ambiance. The breakfast was excellent!

Negative: Bathroom needed to be refreshed.

Summary: Very comfortable, would definitely stay again.
