Summary: The first room had a pigeon nest on the balcony so we had to move rooms. The television didn’t work the entire trip after repeatedly having spoken to the front desk and having the maintenance crew inside the room. We received a parking ticket after having paid for parking inside the underground parking lot We asked for the floors to Be vacuumed during room cleaning and it wasn’t

Summary: The staff were amazing efficient and friendly. I booked 2 rooms for my wife and I and my sons family for 4 nights. My grandchildren ( 4 yrs and 6 yrs enjoyed entertaining the snow bird pilots (canadian air force aerobatic team stayed at this hotel while riding the elevators and chatting in the lobby. The restaurant had excellent tasting and quality food.

Summary: Wonderful room overlooking the harbour, (room 311) Spacious, well equipped and impressive on entry. We had breakfast twice and one evening meal. Enjoyed all of them. We had a king size bed which was very comfortable.
