Positive: great location

Negative: Floor sloped to one end - this meant sliding doors would slide open unless a chair was pushed against it, your head was lower in bed compared to normal.

Positive: Excellent value for money, comfy bed, clean, in the middle of town in Bright. Everything you could ask for.

Negative: No milk in the fridge for a cup of tea was a little disappointing, so BYO milk if you want one!

Negative: What they offered on the site was not what we got. No face washers, no toiletries, no wash cloth to wash dishes, exhaust fan in the bathroom was caked in dust and dirt, the floor that you stepped down onto from the tiled area sunk down and felt like the floor had rotted away. The dishes and cutlery had food still on them. Certainly not enough parking spaces for the number of rooms. Did send the venue a message but got no response from the owners/ managers. Arrived at the location with our room key stuck in the screen door wrapped with my receipt for payment which I felt was a breach of privacy and security as anyone could have takes the key and claimed the room.

Summary: Quiet, central to town. Lovely interaction with the cleaner.
