Relax and enjoy the stunning views over Boston Bay. This brand-new home is perfect as a couples’ retreat or for families to enjoy. Located approximately 150m from the beautiful Flinders Park and approximately 400m from the CBD and foreshore.
Comprising of 4 bedrooms (2 with views of the beautiful Boston Bay), including a private deck/entertaining area also offering stunning views of the bay, that can be used all year around. The large kitchen and living area is a great gathering space with the sliding glass doors retracting to provide a large open space between the deck and the living area, perfect for those summer nights entertaining. Walk-in showers in both the ensuite and master bathroom with a large tub, for that much needed soak after a long day exploring. 2 smart TVs (one in living area and 1 in master bedroom) Free unlimited wifi, ample off-street parking, ducted air conditioning and heating provided. Separate Games room with television for the kids to hang out and have fun. A fantastic BBQ area with enclosed rear yard. Outdoor shower has hot and cold and water for that after swim shower at the end of the day. The house sleeps 10 people with loads of storage. Bedroom 1 x King Bed and ensuite, Bedroom 2 x 2 bunk beds (3 single and a double), Bedroom 3 x 1 Queen Bed, Bedroom 4 has a Double Bed, Sofa Bed in Lounge on request.
