Positive: Reception and bar/restaurant staff very friendly and helpful. Gym facilities really good. The room was quite run down and not the cleanest.

Negative: The rooms could really do with an upgrade and more attention to detail with the cleaning. Also, no aircon so was very hot at night.

Positive: Delicious Breakfast and Dinner. Extremely spacious room. Staff were above and beyond helpful. Exceptional courtyard with amazing water feature.

Negative: Breakfast was busy because of a tour, which had we have known we would have gone for breakfast later
