Positive: The facility is beautiful. A well-designed facility, with many beautiful decorative details. The pools are extremely clean, and the garden and yard are paradise. The staff is very friendly everywhere, high standard of service. The hotel is located in a clean and beautiful part of the city. This is a hotel for vacations, for business meetings. I would love to come again.

Summary: I felt like I was in heaven. I enjoyed the decor, the flowers, the big room, the huge rooms.

Positive: Room size was good. Staff is smiling and amicable. The cleanliness was good. The bathrooms were lavish. Parking is ample. Our dinner was good.

Negative: Need to improve the breakfast. Too little choices. Dosas were crisp & very good. Fruits were sparse. Only sour grapes and papaya that was almost raw.

Summary: Very satisfied. Hidden Gem!
