Positive: Front office Manager Bheemaiah was very customer centric.Though there were some confusions on the room booked,he arranged a very good room to please us.

Negative: Front office reception team need more improvements in customer management.A swimming pool probably infinity pool is highly recommended .

Positive: The stay was comfortable. Food was great, though you have to pay for it. Hospitality also was good.

Negative: It wasn’t good for money. As in, it was too expensive for the experience it provided. Also, there wasn’t any exhaust in the washroom which made it unusable once someone else went in there to poop. I would recommend taking some place closer to Munnar for cheaper price.

Summary: Decent stay, but not value for money.
